Our hair is virgin, unprocessed and comes from different donors. This is the reason we cannot guarantee the hair, texture and color. Refunds are not based on dissatisfaction with color and texture due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. Please inspect and examine the hair without opening the package to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Consult with your stylist if you are unsure. We will only take returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and no alteration or changes have been made to the hair.

Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Merchandise must be received before a return can be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any errors, so please verify all the information.
